Can it happens, that your charge will be above my share of the inheritance?

No. You will only have to pay the costs, if the heritages is disbursed to you as the beneficary. We come in advance to an agreement with you about our percental charge. This charge is only to be payed after the successful enforcement of your claim and can`t be higher than your distributive share.
